Dictation

"The first error , and the worst, lay at her door. It was foolish, it was wrong, to take so active a part in bringing any two people together. It was adventuring too far, asuming too much, make(making)light of what (ought)to be serious- a trick of what (ought)to be simple. She was quite concerned and ashamed , and result(resolved) to do such things no more."

Correction:
The first error, and the worst, lay at her door. It was foolish, it was wrong, to take so active a part in bringing any two people together. She was quite concerned and ashamed, and resolved to do such things no more.

Dictation.

"Roger gaved her a hand-full of stones and began to throw them. Yet there was a space round henry, perhaps six yards in diametre, into which he did not throw. Here, invisible yet strong, was the taboo of the old life. Round the squatting child was the protection of parents and school and the policemen and the law."

Correction:
Roger gathered a handful of stones and began to throw them. Yet there was a space round Henry, perhaps six yards in diameter, into which he dare not throw. Here, invisible yet strong, was the taboo of the old life. Round the squatting child was the protection of parents and school and policemen and the law.

Dictation

"A wave of hot love went over her to the infant. She held it closed to her face and breast. With all her force, with all her soul she will make up to it for having brought it into the world than loved. She will love it all her more now it was here; carried in her loved. Its clear, knowing eyes gave her pain and fear. Did it know all about her? "

Correction:
A wave of hot love went over her to the infant. She held it close to her face and breast. With all her force, with all her soul she would make up to it for having brought it into the world unloved. She would love it all the more now it was here; carry it in her love. Its clear, knowing eyes gave her pain and fear. Did it know all about her?

" The english landscape that is finest- such as i saw this morning- posesses a cuality of the landscapes of other nations, however more superficially dramatic, inedebly fail to posess. It is ,I believe, a cuality that will mark out the English landscape to any objective observer as the most deeply satisfying in the world   and this cuality is probably best sum up by the term greatness "

correction:
The English landscape at its finest - such as I saw this morning-possesses a quality that the landscapes of other nations, however more superficially dramatic, inevitably fail to possess. It is, I believe, a quality that will mark out the English landscape to any objective observer as the most deeply satisfying in the world, and this quality is probably best summed up by the term 'greatness.'

This is the hardest dictation I've ever made. I have understood only a few words, I haave to listened like three or four times and even then I haven't understand the meaning of all the words...
I haven't uderstood these words :
-vigorous -archbishop -plump -lined -wrinkled -wariness -trade -poker hand
After litening the dictation four times I finally could understand the most of the dictation, but I think is very difficult.

Dictation.

The dictation is about a trick with numbers. You are supposed to think of a number , and then the other person have to guess it. The result is going to be the same number you have thought of.
I like this dictation , and I think is the easier I've done this week. I've got a few mistakes. One of these mistakes is the spelling of the word "thought" , because I haven't written the letter "t" at the end of the word. The other mistake has been the word "any" , because I haven't heard properly the pronunciation , so I haven't known what word was.

Dictation.

This is a traditional fairy tale about an Emperor who wanted the best suit ever. The statemen told him that he looked really good , but the fact was that the Emperor was wearing nothing. People around him didn't see the clothes he was wearing but they thought that everybody except them could see the clothes the Emperor was supposed to wear , so they comment how beautiful colors the clothes had, etc.

Is a story for children so it's not quite dificult to understand the words and the meaning.
